What we will do without Bottle/ Owner meeting

Since as some of us know Bottle has “ended Iv” just because WV is doing better. Really your like ALL of Ivs best friend. Besides someone with a wordpress name of “poop” . I think that we shoudl have elections with all leaders to become A Main leader. Question is, will all owner ranks be included in the election. I’m thinking that leaders will be in the election.  However Im not sure whether all owners or 2ic etc shoudl be in the election. THat is why I would like to have an Owner meeting. as for this weekend leaders will be in charge of leading the army. If  John retires then a 2ic will be elected to be a leader.
